Launch Horizon HQ - Privacy and site information
31 October 2026

This website introduces a developing individual online mentoring pilot for 13-17-year-olds in Gippsland. It does not offer enrolment, collect participant records or process payments. No council funding, school partnership or endorsement is claimed.

The Spark Explorer and personal project planner run in your browser using simple prompts. Your answers and edits remain in page memory while it is open. The tool does not send them to a server, put them in links or automatically save them for a future visit. Refreshing clears the page; replacing a plan asks before clearing your work. You can explicitly download a readable .json project file and reopen it here later, entirely on your device. Anyone with access to that file can read it. Keep downloads private, particularly on a shared device. You can also print your plan; your device and printing service settings apply. Copying puts text on your device's clipboard, where your own device settings apply. Please keep names and private information out of the activity.

The enquiry builder prepares an email draft locally. It does not send or save the enquiry. Spark Explorer answers are not added to it. Review the draft in your own email app before sending. Information you choose to email is handled by the receiving email service. Please do not include a child's name, contact details, health information or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

The site uses no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or visitor accounts. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. Provider privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
